Guidelines for Work Submissions
All participants may submit works for presentation in the various thematic areas of the conference and in several formats:
- Scientific paper
- Case study
- Practical demonstration
- Discussion panel
- Interactive workshop
- Innovation environment
- Pitch your book
- Other.
Proposals should have between 500 and 700 words and include 3 to 5 keywords.
They may be written in Portuguese/Spanish or English, according to the defined template:
- Template for Scientific paper proposal
- Template for the remaining types of proposals
Abstract submission must be made here.
Review of Proposals by the Scientific and Professional Committee
Abstracts will undergo a review process by the Scientific Committee, according to the following evaluation criteria:
1) Framing and objectives
2) Method*
3) Results and conclusions*
4) Description of the proposal**
5) Structure and coherence of the text

* Evaluated only in Scientific paper proposals
** Evaluated in all types of proposals, except Scientific paper
Guidelines for Submissions to the "Human Resources Management and Development" Book Collection (Vida Económica)
Companies, organizations, and professionals wishing to submit a chapter publication proposal for the new book in the "Human Resources Management and Development" collection, published by Vida Económica, must express interest by December 15, 2015, by sending an email to: conferencia-iirh@iscap.ipp.pt.
Submission rules for selected chapters:
Maximum length: 5 to 8 pages;
Font: Times New Roman, size 12;
Double spacing;
Sharing relevant images is also possible. Deadline for full article submission: January 15

Chapter abstract: Submit by February 1, 2026, as indicated above in the "Guidelines for work submissions," under the "Case study" category, at this location.
General topics
Any questions regarding proposal submissions and the program should be sent to conferencia-iirh@iscap.ipp.pt.
All accepted proposals will be published in the Proceedings of the Research and Intervention in Human Resources Conference (indexed in Google Scholar), with ISSN.
Participants with accepted proposals for presentation at the 13th iIIRH Conference will have various opportunities for extended publication (see Publication Opportunities menu).
