This is the annual meeting space between academia and HR professionals, across its various aspects, where research and industry professionals engage in dialogue to understand and address the challenges that shape work and organizations today. The XIII international Conference on Research and Intervention in Human Resources (CiIIRH) serves as a premier forum for sharing knowledge, experiences, and practices that place people at the center of organizational transformation.
